    salt and fresh ground pepper
    1 1/2 c. dry unflavored bread crumbs

    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. Marsala wine or Port
Preparation

Let chicken stand 10 to 15 minutes. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet.
