Everyday Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 grated carrots
    1 c. cream
    dash of nutmeg
    1 grated onion
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Cook potatoes in salted water in saucepan until tender. Drain. Simmer carrots, onion and celery in a small amount of water in saucepan until carrots are tender. Drain.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Cook until heated through.
    Do not boil.
