Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 sq. yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    7 Tbsp. lard, melted (Wesson oil may be used)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. lukewarm milk
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well and let rise to double size. Then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix all together and let stand about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Then mix real well; the more the dough is mixed, the smoother and easier to handle.
    Dust top well with flour and set in warm place to rise double again.
