Very Fast Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (2 layer size) spice cake mix
    1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    2/3 c. apricot nectar
    1/4 c. apricot brandy
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. (5 oz.) raisins
    1 c. (8 oz.) candied pineapple
    1 c. (4 oz.) chopped walnuts
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. apricot brandy
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, apricot nectar, 1/4 cup apricot brandy and oil.
    Beat on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Fold in fruits and nuts.
    Turn into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool 15 minutes in pan.
