Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. cooking oil
    3 qt. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. salt
    4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. poultry seasoning
    10 eggs
    100 chicken halves
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, then add the oil and beat again.
    Add other ingredients and stir.
    Place broiler halves over the fire, turning every 5 to 10 minutes.
    The chicken should be basted at each turning.
    Cooking time is about 1 hour.
    Leftover sauce can be placed in a glass jar and stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
    Serves 100.
