Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
5 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. oregano
1 large (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
flavored Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter.
Add clams with juice.
Add parsley, garlic powder, onion and oregano to skillet.
Stir well. Add enough bread crumbs until medium pastry consistency.
