Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hamburg (lean)
1 tsp. hickory smoking salt
5 tsp. curing salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. cracker pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
together
well.
Refrigerate for 3 days, kneading once each day.
