Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
onion to taste
salt and pepper

Preparation

Combine the ingredients and form into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls. Brown in skillet; put in 2-quart casserole.
