Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/2 lb. processed chicken, diced
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 small jar pimentos (optional)
    1/2 green pepper, cut up
    parsley
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in casserole, except melted oleo. Pour oleo over all; mix well.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Take out 1 hour before baking (room temperature). Keep covered and bake 1 hour.
    Stir before serving.
    Bake at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
