Cheese Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    7 c. water
    2 c. uncooked grits
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add salt to boiling water and cook grits, covered, over low heat until done (15 to 25 minutes).
    Stir in cheeses, butter, eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
