Apple Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1/3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. apples, chopped
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix flour and shortening until crumbly.
Stir in milk and work dough.
Work and knead until firm enough to roll out into a rectangle.
Put apples and cinnamon on dough and roll up.
Cut like cinnamon rolls.
Place in pan over melted oleo.
Boil sugar and water together.
Pour sugar syrup over rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
