Sourdough Starter And Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, then feed it 1 cup warm water, sugar and potato flakes.
    Let stand all day, then refrigerate 2 to 5 days.
