Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. dark molasses or corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
-
Mix flour and salt.
Cut
in shortening.
Add water and shape dough into ball.
On lightly floured surface, roll dough out to fit
9-inch
pie
pan.
Combine
remaining\tingredients except pecans.
Mix well.\tPour
into
unbaked pie shell.\tTop with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
