Scalloped Tomatoes Made With Home-Canned Tomatoes - cooking recipe

4 slices white toast
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation

Spread toast with 2 tablespoons butter; sprinkle with garlic salt and cut into cubes.
Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
Place cubes in greased casserole dish.
Add tomatoes. Pour remaining melted butter over top.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
