Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium baking potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a 450\u00b0 oven until done. Cut potatoes in half and hollow out most of the
    potato. Sprinkle diced onion, shredded cheese and bacon bits over hollowed potato skins and return to oven under broiler until cheese is melted. Serve while hot.
    Sour cream and/or butter can be added. You can also add other ingredients to suit your taste.
