Betty'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    25 pieces lumpia wrappers (egg roll wrapper; available at Oriental store)
    2 egg whites
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Fry ground beef until brown; remove grease.
    Combine with cabbage, carrots, onion and raisins.
    Add soy sauce while stirring vegetables with meat.
    Add dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Cool in a colander to drain fat.
    Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
    Rub egg whites to seal.
    Fry in cooking oil until brown. Makes 25 egg rolls.
