Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 large bunch broccoli
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    10 oz. frozen peas
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar or 2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
    In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight, stirring several times. Serves 8 to 10.
