Edible Aquarium - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand berry blue
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    gummy fish
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups ice and water.
    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice.
    If mixture is still thin, refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Pour thickened gelatin into 4 clear dessert dishes; suspend gummy fish in gelatin.
    Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
