Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
7 to 8 c. cooked Minute rice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Make rice and set aside.
Salt and pepper chicken. Spread rice in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 each of cream of mushroom and chicken soup on top of rice. Add 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix to top of rice.
Place chicken on top of rice. Spread the remaining soups on top of chicken, then the remaining dry onion soup on top.
Pour the milk slowly on top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
