Teriyaki Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) beef top round, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 small pineapple, cubed
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
    Stir in beef.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Stir meat often.
    Thread meat and pineapple alternately on skewers just before broiling or grilling.
    Grill approximately 14 minutes, basting occasionally and turning once.
    Chicken could be substituted.
