Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, drained
3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1/4 c. orange juice
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
4 marshmallows, cut in halves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter for top

Preparation

Mash potatoes; add melted butter, salt and orange juice; beat until light and fluffy.
