Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 jar water chestnuts, sliced (optional)
    1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)
    1 jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Crush 1 roll of Ritz crackers fine and sprinkle on top.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
