Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. applesauce
2 boxes light brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 250\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
Put in hot jars and seal.
Yields 5 pints.
