Yaeger Snitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork steaks (any cut), pounded with meat pounder
    Italian flavored bread crumbs
    1 egg, whipped with a little water
    1 cube butter or margarine
    oil
Preparation
    Dip steaks in egg, then into bread crumbs to coat.
    Heat frying pan; melt 2 to 3 teaspoons butter in pan.
    Once butter is almost melted, add a little oil to keep the batter from burning. Then fry meat (be careful as the meat will fry very quickly).
