1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 slices white bread, torn
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. milk
1 can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Serve at breakfast with scrambled eggs, gravy, peach jelly, milk, coffee and juice, 1/2 wild turkey breast, cut into small thin strips.
Season with Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper.
Very little salt, but lots of pepper.
Flour turkey in Ziploc bag. Place turkey in bowl of milk.
Flour turkey again in Ziploc bag. Fry at 380\u00b0 until golden brown.
