Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Remove skin, rinse and pat dry.
    In a plastic bag, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Slightly whip egg whites and milk.
    Add Tabasco if you like.
    Dip chicken into egg mixture.
    Place pieces in plastic bag, close and shake to coat chicken.
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Delicious served with wild rice or fettucini noodles.
    Serves 4. 230 calories.
