Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 split chicken breasts (no bone, skinless)
    4 slices smoked baked ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    egg
    milk
    flour
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    With meat hammer, pound breasts several times.
    Beat egg and small amount of milk.
    Put flour in one bowl and bread crumbs in another.
    Place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on each breast. Roll and secure with toothpick.
    Roll first in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, coating well.
    Fry in oil until crisp.
    Place in baking dish; add chicken broth to cover bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
