Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburger
1 chopped onion
3 to 4 c. water
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 tsp. brown banquet sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. basil
6 chunked tomatoes
Preparation

Fry hamburger and drain grease. Combine rest in Dutch kettle on the stove and heat to boiling, then cover pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Take out bay leaf before serving.
