Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak cut in 8 pieces
    flour for steak
    1 c. flour for gravy
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs beaten
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine egg and water. Dip steak in egg and water mixture. Roll in flour and brown on both sides. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Remove meat from cooking pan. Put rest of seasonings and 1 c. of flour to pan and stir until brown. Add milk, stirring until thickened. Boil 2 minutes.
