German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. sliced apples
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat the oil and eggs until you have a \"frothy\" mixture.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Add the flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Fold in the apples.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
