Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, prepared as directed and drained
    8 oz. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, onion, lemon juice and mushroom soup.
    Pour over prepared spinach.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
