Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pan cornbread
    1 onion, chopped
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 raw egg
    6 medium sized bell peppers
    3 or 4 slices light bread
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 or 3 slices fried bacon, crumbled
    water
Preparation
    Wash and remove centers from peppers.
    Place upright in a greased baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Stuff into the peppers.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes.
