Heavenly Honeydew Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 honeydew melon
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 prepared (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Cut melon in half.
    Remove seeds and rind.
    Cut
    a few thin melon slices for garnish.
    Set aside.
    Cut remaining melon into chunks.
    Place melon chunks in food processor or blender.
    Process until smooth.
    (There should be 3 cups puree.)
