Chess Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Chill before serving, preferably overnight.
