Sausage And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 10) cans each: butter beans, navy beans, pinto beans, Great Northern beans, black-eyed peas
1 lb. each: smoked sausage, kielbasa, bratwurst, Italian sausage
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. ground dry mustard
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 c. diced green pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until slightly tender.
Slice all sausages and add to skillet.
Saute lightly.
Combine with all remaining ingredients in large roasting pan.
Stir.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
