Colorful Pasta Salad(Also Suitable For Diabetic Food Plans.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    substitute sweetener (equal to 2 tsp. sugar)
    6 oz. dry macaroni (multi-colored twist)
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    3 c. purchased frozen Italian or Oriental-style mixed vegetables, blanched and drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, pepper, garlic, salt, oregano, onion and sweetener.
    Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Add cooked macaroni, beans and mixed vegetables. Toss well. Cover and chill.
    Take out of refrigerator and toss 2 or more times and again before serving.
    Makes 16 servings.
