Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin filling
1/2 c. cream cheese filling
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon oil
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix sugar and cream cheese filling alternately with dry ingredients.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or done.
Serve with Apricot Butter.
