Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. chow mein noodles
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
Add noodles and marshmallows; stir well. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper and let set until cool.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
