Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    6 potatoes, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
Preparation
    Use 2 1/2-quart or larger casserole dish.
    Place uncooked meat in bottom.
    Season to taste, then layer the vegetables as listed except potatoes.
    Pour tomato sauce and water.
    Cover and bake 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Add potatoes.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes more.
