Chocolate Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over low heat.
    Remove from heat and add water and honey.
    Do not return to heat. Mix with spoon until chocolate mixture looses shine and forms ball in center of pan. Roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper to size 10 x 12.
    Spread peanut butter over entire chocolate and roll out.
    Remove top piece of wax paper.
    Using bottom piece of wax paper (long end) roll up as for jelly roll.
    Cool in refrigerator approximately 1 hour or until firm enough to cut.
