Garden Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    1/2 medium onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. vinegar
    water
    1 large tomato
Preparation
    Wash and slice cucumber.
    Peel and slice onion in thin slices to form rings. Cut tomato in bite size chunks.
    Place all in medium bowl. Add enough water to barely cover and add vinegar to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and allow to sit a few minutes or longer.
