Grilled Corn Cocoons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
4 to 6 ears corn
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, juice and seasonings.
Place each ear of corn in piece of foil.
Brush mixture on all sides of corn, roll foil around corn, sealing the edges.
Place corn on medium hot coals or racks.
Grill 20 to 30 minutes or until tender, turn 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.
