Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium size potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Boil peeled potatoes until tender.
    Beat sour cream and cheese together; add hot potatoes and beat until smooth.
    Add butter, chives and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole; dot with butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    Wonderful do-ahead dish for company.
    Can be cooked ahead and reheated or made and stored in refrigerator and cooked just before serving.
