Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized potatoes
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Boil
    potatoes\tonly until fork-tender.
    Peel and grate roughly
    on
    large\tside
    of
    hand\tgrater.
    Place in buttered casserole.\tCombine
    other\tingredients in a saucepan and heat just
    enough to melt cheese while stirring.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.\tBake uncovered one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
