Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar or can sauerkraut
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cubed or sliced
    sliced or shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    slices tomatoes
    crumb topping (dry bread crumbs and butter)
Preparation
    Layer the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole, mixing the mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing together first.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through.
    (I rinse the sauerkraut so it isn't quite as strong, optional.)
