Lasagne Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lasagne noodles
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 small onions
    2 c. shredded Provolone
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    dash of cayenne (optional)
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Parmesan cheese
    chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Cook lasagne noodles in boiling water according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Rinse under cold water; drain.
    Cook beef and onions in large skillet until beef is brown.
    Drain.
    Mix beef mixture with cheese, eggs, bread and seasonings.
    Spread about 1/4 cup meat mixture over one noodle.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion. Repeat for all noodles.
    Mix tomato sauce and garlic.
    Put half of sauce mixture over bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put roll-ups on top of sauce.
    Pour remaining sauce over rolls. (Refrigerate, covered, if made ahead.)
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until warmed through.
