Mock Prime Rib - cooking recipe

Ingredients

eye of round roast or any rolled roast
salt and pepper
seasonings to taste

Preparation

Place roast in glass pan.
Rub in salt, pepper and any seasonings you prefer.
Place, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
(Do this mid-afternoon.)
After 1 hour, turn off oven but do not open oven door.
