Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans
    3 c. carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
    Add eggs.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder together 2 to 3 times.
    Add nuts. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
    Add carrots, a small amount at a time.
    Bake for 30 minutes in layers at 350\u00b0.
