Can Do Quick Sweet Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. soft margarine
5 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water in large mixer bowl.
Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 1/2 cups flour, margarine, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping sides of bowl.
Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Stir in remaining flour.
Knead for 5 minutes or about 200 turns on lightly floured board.
Shape as desired.
Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. (Dough is ready to bake if slight dent remains when touched.) Bake at 350\u00b0.
