Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix (with pudding)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Layer chopped pecans and coconut in pan.
Mix cake mix as package directs.
Pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and melted oleo. Pour over cake.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not overcook, may not look done.
